Ceremony will be held outdoors (Weather Permitting)
followed by an indoor reception
We can't wait to celebrate this special day which marks the start of our new chapter together surrounded by friends and family.
Unplugged Ceremony
We’re so excited to share this moment with you. Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the ceremony, so we kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away during this time. We’d love for you to be fully present with us as we say “I do” and enjoy the moment together.
Dress Code
We kindly request that you wear formal attire for our celebration.
Examples of formal attire include suits, dress shirts and trousers with dress shoes, dresses, or formal jumpsuits.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn (weather permitting), so please choose your footwear accordingly
Food & Drinks
Guests will enjoy a plated dining experience served directly to tables, with meal options selected at the time of RSVP.
A selection of canapés will be provided during cocktail hour.
Menu:
Slow roasted garlic and herb marinated beef, potato gratin, sauteed green beans with red wine jus
Cider and apple glazed Pork belly, Duck Fat Roasted Crunchy Potatoes with sesame spring carrots and brocollini
Trio of Roast Pumpkin, Feta and Caramelised Onion Tart with Vegan Pesto Drizzle and Rocket Garnish (V)
Please note that meal options are still being finalised, if there are any changes to your meal selection we will contact you to ensure you are still happy with your choice.
Non-alcoholic drinks and water will be provided throughout the evening, while alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on site for guests aged 18 and over.
Meal choices cannot be changed within 2 months of the wedding.
Parking
Please note that no transportation will be provided for guests, so you will need to make your own arrangements to get to and from the venue.
If you choose to drive, vehicles may be left on site overnight. All cars must be collected by 10:00 AM the following morning at the latest.
Accommodation
While no official accommodation is being arranged, there are a number of hotels, motels, and Airbnb options available within Christchurch and the surrounding area.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred stay. Guests are encouraged to choose accommodation that best suits their needs and travel plans.
We've suggested a few options below:
Golden Mile Tavern: $130 - $155 per night - 10 minute drive to the venue & free transport to/from the wedding venue on request provided by the motel.
Rolleston Highway Motel: $140 (Queen Room) - $390 (3 Bedrooms) per night - 10 minute drive to the venue
ibis Christchurch: $174 (1 Bed) - $240 (2 Beds) per night - 20 minute drive to the venue
